Room was dirty. Towels were dirty. First room the ceiling fan was sticking out of the tile in the bathroom as well as spiders and cob webs every where and there were burn marks on the ceiling. Got another room and it was dirty as well. Cob webs in the corners. Had to ask for ash trays even though we booked a smoking room. No remote for tv. No alarm clock in the room. The bath tub was disgusting in both the first and second room. I would bath my dog in it ! Not impressed at all with this hotel. $59 was way too much to stay at this hotel. This hotel wasn't even worth $20

The first room offered had no lock on bathroom door. The second room offered had a faulty noisy washroom fan, no hot water for our family to take a shower. We called the office @ 9:00am and spoke to a lady at the desk and she stated that we should run the water for 20 minutes and it will turn warm. We asked for towels as well, but after 3 hours, the water was still ice cold and we were not delivered any towels. We finally went out to the office. The sign on the office showed open but there was a small note that stated that we had to go to the neighbouring Days Inn Hotel for service. We had to walk through pouring rain but we had no choice as our two kids were waiting. When we arrived at the Days Inn, Pat Gagnon at the front desk said that she received a phone call from us for a towel request only. However the second lady at the desk stated that we did call and told her that we were waiting for over 3 hours for warm water and towels, and they stated that there was nothing they could do. We never received an apology, were promised that a technician would attend to our problem. The technician, Phil Pearson arrived at 12:00pm and stated that he was not notified of our call @ 9:00am. We were upset, and Phil agreed that the water situation was not acceptable, but there was nothing he could do. Phil agreed it was not fair for us to wait 3 1/2 hours, and that he would be mad too if it happened to him. It was new yrs day & our eldest son's 15th birthday, and we were let down completely. At 12;55pm we packed up and had to leave.

We loved the location and the price was very good, considering it was last minute and for new years eve, can't complain, only thing I would check out is the drain in the sink, was slow at emptying water. But if you want something with a good price and in the action this was a great hotel.

Location is perfect for walking to the Falls and Casino
My expectations were not high for this hotel but I will say this - the room was dated but comfortable for a single night stay when the rest of the hotels were $300-400 more for the night (new year's eve). This place did the trick. Bit disappointed that they don't have an ice machine on- site. Although they offer you the use of their parent hotel two doors down - a bit inconvenient especially in the winter. If you go with the proper expectation of simply having a bed to sleep on in a warm room - you won't be disappointed.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Scary considering the cost, almost afraid to use the bathroom which came equipped with a broken shower, 45 year old tub stopper, no toilet paper, towels, or ice bucket.

However I do appreciate the cleaness of the room
The motel had no hair dryer to start with! Why would we pay $10 just for a hair dry??? It doesn't even take up that much electricity! No towels! No soaps! The shower was broken! The place was extemly lonely and it felt haunted because we were the only people in the building !

Decent price, good location.
Outdated old furnishings, room was not that clean, old clothes from previous occupants found in drawer, carpet was old. At this price you can not expect it to be a 6 star hotel, you get what you pay for.

The hotel was occupied whole weekend for less than 10%,was almost empty,so why receptionist refuse to give me ground floor? If not a location and the price I wouldn't stay there.

Nothing really good. Just a roof over my head I guess.
The floors were dirty, aswell as the walls and everything looked really aged. The comforter on the beds had stains. It was just a crappy looking and feeling hotel.
